Life Cycle Costs

Maintenance Managers and Engineers use the term "Life Cycle Cost" when dealing with process equipment or service. Items to consider with "Life Cycle Costs" are: Design, Production, Warranty and Repairs. Also consider trade offs between higher initial cost vs. life of production and lower repair costs. All of our rolls are stamped with an identification number. This number allows us complete trace ability from raw materials to final product. It also enables us to measure the service life and value to you, our customer. Our studies have shown that our products in mill applications will reduce the life cycle costs of your roll. In some installations our rolls are lasting over ten (10) years or more depending on application. When the cost of the roll is spread out over a ten year period, the "Life Cycle Cost" becomes readily apparent and the cost of a quality roll is justified.
