Hi-Hard Corporation has manufactured rolls for the can industry throughout North America. These rolls replace the common OEM chilled iron rolls used in equipment.

12" Coater Scraper / Fountain Roll / Distributor Roll

These rolls are manufactured from 8620 vacuum degassed steel. The roll body is carburized to a 1/4" case depth per side, then quenched and tempered for a final hardness of 60 - 65 Rc. Rolls are machined and finish ground ready for installation.

15" Coater Scraper / Pressure Rolls

These rolls are manufactured from 8620 forged steel sleeve. The roll body is carburized to a 1/4" case depth per side then quenched and tempered for a final hardness of 60 - 65 Rc. Rolls are fabricated, machined, and finish ground ready for installation.
